GRAYSON LAKE STATE PARK
Sheer sandstone canyons and gentle slopes comprise the 1,512 acres of Grayson Lake State Park. This site was a favorite camping area for Shawnee and Cherokee Indians, and you will discover why with a visit to the park?s spacious campground.
Enjoy a picnic meal cooked over the grill and relax under the stars in a tent or camper. Our new 18-hole golf course, Hidden Cove, was named one of the "2004 Best New Affordable Courses" by "Golf Digest" magazine. This par-72 course encircles Grayson Lake and is protected by five fairway bunkers; it's sure to provide a challenge to golfers of any skill level.

Pick your spot under the stars in the spacious, 71-site campground. Utility hookups, a dump station, and two central service buildings with rest rooms, showers, and laundry facilities are available. The check-in station has resale items such soft drinks, ice, and firewood. There is a pay telephone at the second bathhouse.
Open April 1-October 31. No advance reservations. Check-out by 1:00 PM, Eastern time. Pets are allowed if restrained.
