Too many fees after u pay to get in, plus no life guard on duty at pool as they want more money

I love the hikes here, and the view of the river is just fantastic.

this is one of floridas finest state parks, i was able to take some of my best photos to date here.

Awesome place to go canoeing! Lots of wild life like alligator and blue heron. We really enjoyed ourselves on the rive. Highly recommended!

I LIKE THIS PARTICULAR PLACE BECAUSE OF NATURE ITSELF ,MOST OF THE PARK IS INTACT OF NEW ADVANCES SO IT REMINDED ME HOW THINS USED TO BE ,OLD SCHOOL

I recently spent three nights at the Park with my companion. This was my third trip there and I enjoy it more with each trip. And I will return. The camp sites are immaculate.

May 22 Peaceful, Quiet, and very clean!!!

My Family and I enjoyed a beautiful sunny day at the picnic tables near the pool. It was wonderful! We brought lots of food and had a cook out. The children played at the pool all day, and later in the evening we walked the trails enjoying the scenery. Its lots of fun and a great place to hang out with family and friends.

The Great Blue Heron Ardea herodias is a large wading bird in the heron family Ardeidae, common near the shores of open water and in wetlands over most of North and Central America as well as the West Indies and the Galpagos Islands. It is a rare vagrant to Europe, with records from Spain, the Azores and England. An all-white population found only in the Caribbean and south Florida was once known as a separate species, the Great White Heron. This shot was taken at morning hours.
