July 18 Great Family Time by Large Family
We really enjoyed getting together with family all in one place. The only concern we had was the amount of towels left for us for a two-night stay in a cabin for 10 people. We had to purchase some.
August 5 Beautiful Cabins by Domenic, Pa.
We stayed at the park after my neices wedding. Everyone was very impressed at the find my sister and brother in law found in your park, and were very pleased with everything. The cabins were beautiful.
July 14 We enjoyed it!!! by Henderson Family
We loved this State Park. We have no complaints whatsoever. We will for sure be back. On the 4th of July the house directly across put on a firework show that was out of this world. It was the best my family had ever seen and lasted approx. 45min. 2 thumbs up Poverty Point!!! also, we had to make an er visit bc my son fell and the local hospital was great.

February 19 Great Place To Relax by Julia Pearce, Walker, LA
Spent a couple of nights here recently with a friend and it is soooo relaxing to get away to a beautiful place like this. The cabin was very clean and looked new. It was cold and raining the whole time we were there, but was still an enjoyable stay. We have already booked again, for 3 nights, at the end of March. Can hardly wait!
January 17 Our Family Vacation Spot by Christina Rivera
We have been staying in the cabins and lodges for the last 3 years and plan on going again this year! We love to fish right off the back porch of the cabin and enjoy not having to drive very far for a wonderful vacation! We only live about 25 miles from Delhi!
January 2 Beautiful Serenity
Our first time to Poverty Point was in September of 2009. It was so beautiful and very relaxing. The cabins were amazing we plan to go this month for my birthday.
September 21 My Favorite getaway spot! by [email protected]
I only live 20 miles from Poverty Point and its my favorite place to go to. You cant beat the serenity of the cabins over the water. I feel blessed to live so close to such a beautiful place. Now My whole family loves to spend time there either for the night or the week. We even have our christmas there. Better book early though!!

January 12 The best family vacation spot by Gayle Morgan
This will be our 5th year to stay at the lodges and cabins. Our family normally rents 3 to 4 of them at a time. The staff is always very helpful and the lodges/cabins are awesome. Our whole family looks forward to it every year!
January 2 Nice camping inexpensive and lots to do. by rv_mates
June 29 by C. Boyd
The park will be better as the trees mature and the park is more shaded. The downside to the park is that you cannot see the water from the campsites. There is also no swimming from the campground. The young children love the water feature in the park.
