March 13 Miss the Lake
park review stars; one to five First trip this year (3/13) back to our favorite camping spot found that the lake has been drained to replace the footbridge. Hope they can replace the bridge and refill the lake soon.

June 3 A great getaway from the city by Jim and Lisa
park review stars; one to five My husband and I have been coming for several years to Chickasaw State Park. We always have a pet with us so we reserve a pet friendly cabin. The park has a lot to offer, for those who like to rough it a bit without camping in a tent there are 13 cabins, 3 of which are pet friendly. There is swimming, love to hear the kids having fun swimming, paddleboats, tennis, horseback riding, a nice playground for younger kids, many walking trails, etc. Our favorite thing, sitting late in the evening looking at the beautiful lake. The footbridge across the lake is also a plus.
