PATTERSON STATE PARK
Located in a remote area, Patterson has two rustic picnic pavilions for visitors to enjoy a quiet lunch. Patterson is a trailhead for the Susquehannock Trail, a favorite of backpackers.
Susquehannock State Forest: This 262,000-acre state forest offers hiking on a variety of trails including the Susquehannock and Black Forest trail systems, miles of snowmobile trails, and an ATV area located close to Denton Hill and Lyman Run state parks.
