November 7 catfish by hay

they have shut down little blue from nov.1 to march 1.this has never been done before.we need to complain to get this reopened.it`s a state park and our money is used for this park and others in oklahoma.alot of people use this park year round and especially the retired in the area.they say it was closed for maintenance but what is there to maintain.very lame in my opinion.EVERYBODY NEEDS TO PICK UP AFTER THIERSELVES...
